Supporting Couples, Marriages, Partnerships, and All Types of Families & Relationships.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Standard couples sessions are 80 minutes. Please only book 50 minute sessions for Check-Ins.


For Kids & Teens

Supporting Children (6-12), Teens (13-18), Parents, and Legal Guardians.

Low Cost Counselling

These sessions are with an intern therapist or qualifying counsellor/social worker under supervision. This means that they are working towards their registration as a RCC or RSW. We advise that you check with your insurance benefit provider to ensure sessions are covered.

WorkBC & Employee Assistance Programs

These sessions are for clients from WorkBC & Employee Assistance Programs (including Modern Health, Kii Health, CloudMD and more).
